Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Requested within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Installed or used panels

  • Damaged items due to improper handling or installation

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Refund Process:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
